You’ve had your mortgage for a while, it’s no longer competitive or your current deal is coming to an end.

To remortgage is to switch your rate or scheme usually to a new lender and with so many deals on the market from lenders wishing to attract your new business, the choice is bewildering!

Most lenders have better deals with lower interest rate repayments which are only available to people who do not currently hold a mortgage with them.

Our service takes away the hassle out of finding the right deal that suits you individually. Once you have made your choice our mortgages specialists will liaise with the lender on your behalf and work with you to reach a speedy conclusion. Remortgaging generally takes between 6 to 8 weeks dependent on the lender and what is required to satisfy their lending criteria.

Once your mortgage has completed, we will contact you again in the future when your preferential terms are due to expire with a view to remortgage you into another preferential rate .

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
