 How quickly can a secured loan be arranged?
A
 We can organise your loan from start to finish in around two to three weeks depending on the complexity of the individual’s circumstances.

Will there be redemption penalties with my loan?
A

If your loan is £25,000 or less then it is regulated by the FSA and the standard redemption are one months notice and one months interest. If your loan is above £25,000 then you will be advised on how much the lender will charge for early repayment.

What if I am currently in arrears?
A

Providing you have some equity in your property we will be able to find a lender to help but, of course your arrears balance must be cleared from the proceeds of the loan.

How much can I borrow?
A
 If you have very good credit then you may be able to release up to 125% of your properties value. In all other cases it is usually a maximum of 90% depending on your individual circumstances.

 What rate will I get?

 You will need to speak to us first as the rates will vary depending on individual circumstances but, we will be able to give you an answer within an hour of taking your application.

 If you take an application from me what am I committing myself to?
A
 Absolutely nothing, we will take an application and come back to you with a no-obligation quote so you can shop around for the best deal but, we can assure we will have already found it for you.

How much will it cost me to arrange a secured loan?
A
 We will take care of everything for you while we arrange your loan so you wont have to worry about paying for the valuation or other costs involved in arranging this. We will however charge you a fee that will be added to the loan to cover our initial outlay.

 What if my first lender will not give permission for me to have a second charge?
A

Then It may be possible for us to arrange an equitable charge through specialist lenders, our team will be able to advise you further on these.
